Refund policy

If you are not happy with anything from your order, just return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of opened packs of stockings. You will need to pay the postage required to return the package. Don't forget to include a note giving instructions on what you require. We do not have your credit card details so if you want to exchange for something more expensive, you will need to supply them with the return. We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting (free from the Post office) for your peace of mind when returning parcels to us. Post Returns to:
