Making A Purchase
We accept most credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, you can change the store to display your local currency and have UK VAT taken off by changing country at the top or bottom of the page.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. UK Customers may also pay by Cheque made out to Sulis Silks Ltd, Postal Order or Cash (sent registered post). You may send your credit card information via phone or this website.
Postage & Packing
We charge a flat rate of £4 for the UK, £7 for Europe and £12 for the Rest of World. Special delivery (UK only) is £8.00 and international courier is £36.00.
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours subject to stock availability. If we need to make an item for you, despatch is normally within 1-2 days but this can stretch to 10-14 days at busy times such as Christmas. We will notify you of any anticipated delays, current despatch information is available under the Delivery & Returns tab of each product.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all UK orders and Airmail for overseas orders (unless courier shipping has been selected).
For orders despatched to the UK the price charged is inclusive of VAT. Orders being despatched outside of the UK are VAT free. VAT is deducted when you select your country/currency at the top or bottom of any page on our website. If you do not do this, the VAT is deducted at the checkout.
Credit Card Security
This website is designed using Shopify software and is hosted on Shopify's own servers. The website is fully integrated with Shopify Payments, to handle credit and debit card payments securely. Shopify payments are PCI compliant and is approved by all major UK aquiring banks to handle secure credit card transactions. We do not see your credit card details when you order via this website.
If you are not happy with anything from your order, just return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of opened packs of stockings. You will need to pay the postage required to return the package. Don't forget to include a note giving instructions on what you require. We do not have your credit card details so if you want to exchange for something more expensive, we will send you an electronic invoice or contact you via phone. We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting (free from the Post office) for your peace of mind when returning parcels to us. Post Returns to:
