We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours subject to stock availability. If we need to make an item for you, despatch is normally within 1-2 days but this can stretch to 10-14 days at busy times such as Christmas. We will notify you of any anticipated delays, current despatch information is available under the Delivery & Returns tab of each product.
We use Royal Mail First Class post for all UK orders which typically takes 1-2 working days. We use Airmail for international orders which typically takes 5-10 working days and may be faster for EU destinations.
