We are closely monitoring the current situation with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are a family run business and aim to minimise any risk to ourselves, our employees and our customers, whilst at the same time maintaining the highest level of service possible.
Our premises are currently open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so we will only be able to dispatch orders on these days. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels. The Royal Mail now guarantee Special Delivery parcels to arrive the next working day by 9pm and if you specify this, we will prioritise your order. Royal Mail First Class deliveries are currently taking approximately 1 day longer than normal.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting coronavirus (Covid-19). The advice is that the virus does not survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands frequently, using soap and hot water.
Returns - Don't worry if you're unable to return an item within our normal 14 days, just let us know if possible and return it when you can.
Please note we are unable to accept customer visits to our premises until further notice.
